Widely used in black metal concentrator, rare metals, precious metals ore sorting and preparation plant coal preparation operations.

Ferrous metals （iron, manganese, chromium）, precious metals （tantalum, niobium, thorium, zirconium, titanium, etc.）, sorting coal pyrite, apatite, diamond, asbestos and other non-metallic minerals. 

Gravity separation method is based on the proportion of useful minerals and gangue difference, in different media （water or air） leaving the settling velocity of a way to separate them. 

Gravity separation method is commonly used equipment: jig, shaking, chute, spiral concentrator and hydrocyclone like.

Gravity Separation process commonly are jig beneficiation, mineral shaker, chute beneficiation.

Magnetic separating process main equipment:

Generally, to separate qualified ore, the first step is to crush the material into suitable granularity, so benificiation process need include crushing process. For different situation of customers, here we would introduce the common process and the actual equipment can be selected according to the customer’s requirements. 

General flow:

Hopper-feeder-jaw,crusher-fine,crusher-ball, mill-spiral, classifier-magnetic, separator-concentrate. The connection between the machines are using conveyors. (Detailed process flow will be customized by the customer’s needs)

Application: 

The flotation separating is one of the most important benificiation process nowadays.Widely used in separating noble mental and non-ferrous mental, generally speaking, the material size for flotation process range from 0.005-0.5mm. 

Flotation process：

The flotation process is a kind of beneficiation method mainly using the mineral different physical and chemical characters to achieve separating. Bubble flotation method is widely used in modern industry, the specifications are: slurry mixes drug , qualified mineral particles stick on bubble and floats on the surface of slurry, and then useful bubble is scraped out to gain the extraction of useful mineral from ore.
