Applications:
High-pressure suspension grinder is widely used in mining, meatallurgy, chemical engineering, building materials to grind finely more than 280 kinds of material with Mohs hardness less than 9.3 and the moisture contenet below 6%. It has large capacity, so can meet different requirements of processing factory, the granularity of finished product is controlled between 80 and 425 meshes, and it can product 30-80 meshes coarse powder by adding some special equipment.

Cyclone powder collector
High powder collector efficiency, low costs, collection process can isolate most of fine dust. Cyclone powder collector discharge quantitative powder , effectively reducing the pressure loss of the entire wind power systems. Users can also configure "bypass powder collector" according to the dust content in the finished product, reducing dust content.
Working principle:
In the main frame, a 1000-1500kg high pressure spring is fixed to the roller suspender. After the grinder is put into effect, the ring affected by the high pressure spring and centrifugal force. And its rolling pressure is 1.2 times higher than that of the Raymond grinder under the same power condition and the output is raised to higher degree. When the stuff is loaded into the grinding cavity. It is shoveled into the space between the roller and the ring for grinding. The resulted powder is routed to the separator along the circulation wind of the blower and the standard fine powder is guided to the cyclone collector as final product and large size stuff falls back to the grinder for regrinding.
