This copper beneficiation production line is mainly composed of jaw crusher, ball mill, spiral classifier, mixer, flotation machine, ore concentrator and rotary dryer machine; and equipped with vibrating feeder, bucket elevator and belt conveyor.

Main process flow of copper benefication production line:

1. Copper mine crushing

The copper ore mined in the quarry is transported to the transit silo, and then evenly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder to carry out the initial crushing, namely coarse crushing. After coarse crushing The coarse - crushed materials are properly screened by circular vibrating screen. The qualified copper material will be sent to the cone crusher by the belt conveyor for fine crushing, and then it will be screened again by vibrating screen.

2. Copper mine grinding

After being screened by vibrating screen, the qualified fine copper particles are sent into the ball mill for grinding.For later flotation, a spiral classifier is needed to classify and screen the grinded copper powder . only materials that meet the requirements can enter into the next process for mineral processing, and the copper powder that does not meet the requirements will be sent back to the ball mill for grinding again.

3. Copper mine concentrating

After being grinded, the qualified copper powder is fed into the flotation machine,and the corresponding chemical solvents are added to meet the separation of copper concentrate, The finished copper powder can be obtained after being dewatered by rotary dryer.
