Applications:
Shaking table is one kind of gravity concentration ,mainly to what we usually call 6-s table table.Jigging machine are usually used for different proportion and granularity minerals,such as iron ore,gravel mine,manganese ore,ilmenite,lead zinc ore and so on.Concentrating table is widely used to get tin,tungsten,gold and silver,lead,zinc,tantalum,niobium,titanium,iron,manganese,iron ore, coal and so on.
Working principle:
The bed zone of shaking table is near a rectangle shape, slightly inclined to the tailing end. There are craved chute on the surface of bed, the water flow along the incline direction from water tank and feeding chute. The bed surface do repeatedly motion by transmission mechanism, the distance of bed forward and backward called stroke, when the slurry enters into feeding chute, under the action of water flow and shaking, different density of mineral particles will be distributed in fanshape on the bed surface.
