Applications:
Dry magnetic sepatator is widely used for the primary separation of 5%-20% low grade magnetite iron ore or dry powder iron ore, effectively increasing the iron grade before beneficiation plant or moving iron for deeply process.It is also used to separate iron in coal, nonmetallic ore, construction industry, etc. The dry magnetic separator generally consists of feeding hopper(if your capacity is large, you can make a big hopper and transit the material by belt conveyor), main frame, permanent magnetic separator, reducer, motor. Except our exsisting style products, we can customize different types of magnetic separators according to the clients' specific requirements based on different raw materials and different area conditions. The most vital part of our magnetic drum separator is magnetic pole, it is made of neodymium magnet(NdFeB), as well known as permanent magnet, the intensity of magnetism can reach Br=3600-3900 gauss, can resist 200℃.

Working principle:
The raw materials after primary screening enter into the feeding hopper through conveyor, and then flow on the top of the magnetic drum especially must be on the magnetic area in loose performance. So that mineral with strong magnetism is absorbed on the drum surface because of its gravity and magnetism, but the non-magnetic materials or weak magnetism will be dropped down immedially by its gravity. Along with the rotating drum, the magnetic materials will be transmited to non-magnetic area and drop dowm finally, so that the mixed materials will be separated into ferrous and non-ferrous.
